This dynamic vinyasa yoga class focuses on breath work and postural alignment as well as offers a fun and enjoyable experience moving through various yoga postures.
Prepare to sweat, stretch, relax, laugh and breath. There is an opportunity to meditate at the start and at the end of of the class.
The class is open to all levels. Beginners are welcome. Intermediate students will be given the challenges to advance their practice.
All poses and modification of the poses are demonstrated. Verbal cues are given throughout the session. So don’t worry about learning the Sanskrit:)
Taking inspiration from different yoga schools Olga has been developing her personal practice for over 15 years.
Her yoga journey took her to local hubs like Indaba Yoga Studio and Yogarise Peckham where she worked in a management capacity developing yoga scene in London since 2010.
During her continuous commitment to yoga she has been privileged to study with some of the best yoga teachers from all over the world.
She received her blessing to teach from the Himalayan Yoga Institute and is currently RYT-200 with Yoga Alliance Professionals.
Combining elements from Astanga, Iyengar, Jivamukti and Yin yoga Olga teaches with integrity, kindness and compassion.
Olga is passionate about sharing her knowledge and energy with her local community.
