This 4-week beginner’s yoga course is designed for anyone new to yoga - or returning after a break - who wants to build confidence, strength, and ease in their practice. Each weekly session focuses on a different theme, giving you a well-rounded foundation while moving at an accessible, supportive pace. You’ll learn essential postures, simple breathing techniques, and how to move safely and mindfully. Classes include clear guidance, options for all bodies, and time to ask questions. No prior experience or flexibility required.

Week 1 - `March 3rd: Foundations & Alignment. Learn the basics of yoga postures, breathing, and how to move with awareness.

Week 2 - March 10th: Strength & Stability. Build strength and balance while exploring standing poses and core engagement.

Week 3 - March 17th: Flexibility & Release. Gently increase mobility, ease tension, and explore stretching safely.

Week 4 - March 24: : Flow, Breath & Relaxation. Bring everything together with simple flow, breath awareness, and stillness.
