The classes are mindful and breath-led, moving from slow, steady exploration into dynamic sequences. Rooted in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, practices include standing asana, seated sequences, backbends, balances, and inversions.
Meditation and pranayama are woven throughout to support focus and ease.
Modifications are always offered, and hands-on adjustments are given when appropriate to support safe, intentional movement.
You’ll hear instructions in English, see every asana demonstrated, and get a gentle sprinkle of Sanskrit along the way

Not at all! All levels are welcome and options to modify your practice will be given. If you are a complete beginner or working around injuries - check out Beginner’s Yoga Course.

You can book online. Just click on Book Your Visit button and choose a class you wish to attend.
If its your first visit - scroll to Products and Packages and choose First Class Free option.
Alternatively, pick a pack of 2 or 4 classes and schedule your visits.

You can cancel anytime via option on your email confirmation for a specific session booked. The class will credited back to you.

Yoga mat and a water bottle. During colder times a warm layer and socks would be good. If you don’t have a yoga mat - don’t worry - I’ve got spare ones. Just email on olga.plesk@gmail.com to let me know.
